I am one of those people who doesn't always see what is directly in front of them. It takes me awhile to see what is obvious to others, at least when it comes to interpersonal relations. On the other hand, I see and sometimes feel things that other never do.
A friend pointed out to me that my sister has been following me for years in career choices. At first, I ignored it. Then I took it as a compliment, she wants to be like her big sister. Now I wonder if she doesn't see it as a competition. It isn't precise--she has had some jobs I have never had but almost every job I have had, she has had some form of it or in this last case degrees.
I maybe completely wrong, but in light of what has happened in the last year, one has to wonder.
